when you click reply to answer a post it immediatly comes up with quotefrom last peg iits a bit annoying, but i understand forum is being sorted , just to let you know
If you hit reply next to the post it will reply and quote it. That's what that button is for. Otherwise you are supposed to go to the end of the post and type in the quick reply box and if you want more options click the more options button to get you own post page.
