Basically i know everyone who renthals a zip has a problem with the shitty front light, so i heard that if you put lights in the indicator bit it melts the plastic, so is there any bulbs you can get that are allright? or anything u can put fibreglass round?

Dont no who told you that it melts your front light holders mate ive had mine in for over a year and they dont even get hot just got to get the right ones i got mine from Maplins, 15w 20C. i wouldnt go over 15w because the standard zip bulb is 35w and thats a single bulb, if you start going higher in the watts you'll find the bulbs dont light up bright enough to light up the road. And by the way if your putting a bar conversion on your zip keep the original headlight unit, the switch panel that has the horn, start etc ... on it and the standard handle bars as you will need to re-fit it to the bike when you take the bike for an M.O.T because the bulbs that you convert to dont have a headlight pattern as there designed to go in lamps and kitchen ceilings,(there still good enough to light up the road tho) so the bike will fail on the headlight pattern. Take a look at my Zip http://www.scootershack.co.uk/scoot...c3-conversion-zrg-nearly-finished-t24533.html . hope this helped ;)
