remove ignition barrel from gilera stalker

Hi
my son had unfortunate accident today where the ingnition barrel seemed to get stuck and locked the steering to the right
it seems to have a very tight spot on turning. i have managed to remove the electrical bit off the back how do you get the key part out, please

i think there is a screw some were on it? not sure tho cause i was fitting an alarm on my speedfight and i seen a screw for it to take it off *not 100% sure tho.

Still cant figure out how to remove the whole locking system from the frame. can anyone help
please.
i removed the switch from the back but just cant work out how to replace the whole thing as it seems to be badly worn

Finally removed it now i need to get the forks out. i have loosened the bolt going through the handle bars what else do i need to do to remove the forks? i cant get the handle bars to come off any ideas

 

how did you do it I have the same problem
