ive seen a few projects on here and i wanted to know how people reinforce there mounts or whether you even do reinforce them but im sure its not safe enough if the new engine is bigger and more powerful it means it is more likely that the engine can snap!! any info will really be appreciated

    alot of shit
You talking about 50-125 conversions or just generally big bore kits fitted ? I'v never seen anyone reinforcing any engine mounts , conversions are normally banged together to last a while till people turn 17, some are done very very well and cant even tell the difference, but it takes time and money for which you can just buy a 125 anyway .

yeah i mean 50-125 conversions and i know about the cost of conversions and how its easier and cheaper to get a 125 and you would basically need a complete 125 bike in order to do the conversion but if i want to convert a bike which was never made a 125 then i would have to go for a conversion like a ice or zip... ive read up on this but theres no info on reinforcing the mounts to handle the extra power!
