as soon as you connect it or after you turn it on ? , if its as soon as you connect it there sounds like the wiirings wrong , did u buy the bike to repair or as a unfinished project or sumthin ? cld also be the relay is fucked

the wire is loose because water has eroded the blade connector and the wire has separated form it. this isnt helped by the ped shacking its self to bits cos of the rear shock is buggered.

i believe the wire which has come loose is orange however most wires aren't orignal as the loom has been hacked to bits by the previous owners and thieves (stolen recovered).

im not too sure but i think the ped only stalls once the lights are turned on otherwise i think the engine runs fine.

i think all he needs to do properly fit the wire to the rectifier, charge his battery since it is only showing 3 - 4 volts and maybe change his spark plug.

yeah deffo needs a new battery lol , iv seen quite a few posts about elecy problems on your bike , so id say if the looms in bad shape just replace it , if the regulators corroded badly to replace that

it got a brand new battery on it. but it dont charge unless the wire which has come loose form the rectifier is connected up properly.

thats why ive told him to connect it properly with a blade connector and charge the battery.
