registration document...

All right guys, i brought a piaggio NRG a while ago and got out the documents only to realize it had never been registered to me, so i started to fill in it and got to the bottom and saw it hadn't been signed by him, is there anything i can do to register it to my name? i dont have contact with him no more. i know i'm stupid for not checking it before, but yeah any thing i can do?

just scribble some sort of signature on it and send it off, failing that go to the post office or your local dvla office get the 'apply for a log book' form fill it in cough up £25 they will contact the previous owner to see if he has any objections to them issuing you with a new one, if not job done :grin:
