Hi Can someone please help I have a Vespa et2 It’s sat for a decade. It had seized up. I’ve sorted that. I replaced the pet coco as it was spewing fuel everywhere. New battery. just won’t start. its got a really strong spark. The vacuum isn’t pulling fuel. I’m thinking it may be the reed valve. The trouble I’m having is on one side of the housing there seems to be a round pin/bolt. how do I get this out. It had a bolt on the other that came out easy. Please help
