lol, i had the same thing and also thought they were restrictors but they aint, was told wat they were for but don't have to be used. just whip it on and your done mate

yeah, i had mine in the front room last night , was working on it all night , still aint been sleep unk: when i put the manifold on my bike i could feel a slight difference, more responsive and smooth for me.
they aint a restriction but try it with and with out. buy the graham bell book tells you all about them
