The fuel tick over screw if moved will Slow the 2 stroke down up hill There at the lights have too give revs or It will cut out . Hence the electric Start isn't working , is is easy to fix When it was at the garage they looked at Changing coil ! I am wait ing for manual To arrive to really get going , 1st change and clean casing check belt 2nt change spark plug 3rd to Change oil
