172 without a doubt, if you want reliability then stick to a dell 25 ml carb. decent pipe and your done

its a mild-ish tune but will plod along forever

or use the better, stock pipe, wich runs smoother, sounds quiet, works at any rpm and is already on the bike.

standard carbs are quite choppy bottom end if thats what you like?

    bigger for more topend.

if its to be used every day stick with stock pipe/carb.. a car is cheaper to put petrol in otherwise.. trust me

standard pipe + carb , and a 172 kit if you really want standard level reliability.

for more top end power go for the 25 ml and a pipe is up to you, as a 172 will create the most part of the power increase so a pipe is just for looks :D

unless your looking for a pm 52 or something similar

jet work down from 100 till it feels nice an runs chocolate.. (shit way to tell but one up from fastest is usually right, around 92-94 for a filter on a stock carb.. remember theres 3 diff carbs tho so it can be diff)

var go for malossi for decent pull.. 180 for lighter replacment with salightly diff ramp's.

clutch jus bang blue's in the stock clutch..
172 is a must but if fitted to an otherwise stock engine works for years
but ye, go for that then add as you get bored.. remember tho tuned bikes arnt for daily use really.. dont last and cost more than running a 4t/car aswell as that for sun use

no, bang 100 in there an work down till its fast and running a white plug.. then go up one size. USUALLY around that but EVERY bike is diff irispective of parts fitted

no worries... power is easy to gain, but the petrol usage is silly for an everyday bike.. i used to like everything fast, but its impractical to spend over a ton on petrol a week :D
