Rebuilding brake calliper

    Thought i'd take a few pics as i was doing this today.

    Removed the caliper from bike

    split the two sides

    took the pistons out

    Removed the seals

    Cleaned the recesses in wich the seals sit (i use a small 90 degree angle pick) with some brake cleaner and blew all the corroded crap out of the pots with compresses air.Checked all the whole thing was nice and clean inside.


    used this to remove pistons

    Re-assembled in reverse order with new seals , done the other 2 new pads all round and blead it

    Never mind that lol what kinda bike r they on? If i could get them on my ped it might actually stop lol!
