Rear wheel sound Aprilia/gilera help

looking to make my bike fresh for summer and when I spin the rear wheel when it's in the stand makes sound when spinning it's a drum rear is it bearings or do they even have bearings being drum rear or is it axel

 

I would expect to hear the brake shoes just about scraping on the inside of the drum, that's normal.
You will hear sounds from the rear wheel when you spin it by hand, it's when you are going along that you don't want to hear anything unusual.
