Can someone please tell me how to remove the old one and and fit a new rear suspension bush for the rear shock. I have removed the bolt but the bush seems pretty well stuck in there. Not sure if they are supposed to be like that or whether it is due to corrosion between the metal outer part of the bush and the engine. How do I get it out?? Also when mounting the new one do I just push it in or are you supposed to use a locking compound of some kind? Can't see anything in the Haynes manual about it. Cheers, Mark
