Got pulled by the filth last night. Had my neons on at traffic lights and heard a toot behind me so looked and it was them in a unmarked,shouted 'light' so though ah fuck my neons turned em off and put my thumb up. Drove for about 3mins and they were following me so i thought fuck this and pulled into a shop and they followed and parked up,so i took my lid off and pretended to look at something under my seat (as i had no reason to go into the shop :emb: ) and he came over. 'Mate your lights not working is it',i new this but had forgotten to be fair. 'Isnt it'? 'Holdon' turned my engine on and it wasnt working,pulled the brake lever and it was i said ah fuck,ive had it since new its only 6months old,he said i can see that mate. I said so what do i do boys ride home,he said to be fair we shouldnt let you and you should get a ticket,but we wont,but if your seen out tonight youll be in trouble,so i said cheers boys and off i went (didnt go in went for a ride with a couple lads imp: ). So not all pigs are cunts. AAANYWAY what do i need to do to sort it,its just one bulb isnt it,so howcome my break light works but not the normal light? Just a case of a new bulb or what? Was sketchy as fuck i was trying to do bang on 30mph with oldbill up my arse with my loud exhaust (took ALL the wadding out) :msn1: . Cheers fellas. :up:
could be that one filament as blown and not the other for your b rake light, so get another double filament bulb and try it or check if one has blown and not the other or in turn turn the bulb around and see if the brake light works then??? sorry about spelling lol
yeah i had same problem . your filliment may have broke inside your bulb replace it with a double filiment bulb hope this helps
