right.. 2 questions... 1.the clock on the bike dont work... the one that tells the time... ive been told it because they take batterys... like watch batterys... and they have ran out?? is that true and are they easy to change? 2.my rear brake is not sensative at all...rear drum.. how do i make it more responsive...
Sounds completely right. The clock on mine had died so i swapped the whole thing for a newer one. It's quite a bit of unscrewing but an easy job to do. This is a picture of the back of the clock and the battery. It says LR43, Toshiba. They are the same as in watches and you can probably pick one up for about £1. Your rear brake might need adjusting or the shoes might be low but i don't really see them being low on a bike that's done such low miles.
ok thanks for the battery thing will change that 2mo and the brake...ive been told i turn a thing thats on the lead underneath the bike??is that right terro?... if so which way do i turn it lol gd boy
pmsl i wana do shit my self...and if its as easy as terro says.. u was on abotu taking bolts of and shit and doing it wrong will fuck your brakes up
rite uno on the cable goin to the rear brake...it changes into a rod...on that rod thers like a pivot held by a bolt either side...loosen one and then tighten it with the other...
wel he ent got a rear brake anymore... :emb: ..sowwi babe lol...in my defence i am paying to fix it for him, and the bolt to tighten it was seizxed on prety dam hard
