hiya fellas has you may have seen in other posts i have a neos 100 well i wanna do the renthal handlebar conversion. the only thing stopping me is the light,horn,indicator switches etc there built in with the handlebar fairing. i was wondering if the handlebar switches have to be on the handlebar for it too pass the mot next year or could i just cut out the holes for the switches in the top of the inner leg shield and fit them in there. my second idea was to get the handlebar switch gear for an aerox but i dont realy wanna fook around chopping all the wiring up or does anyone know if there the same connection ends thanks for youre time fellas
hiya i dunno whether the connectors will fit , problably have to do some splicing and testing to figure out the right set up but as for the switches could you use something like this ???? indicator has to be in thumbs reach other then that if switches are there somewhere like some one on here put them in the knee pan and yes those switches will work or stage 6 sell them or u could use aerox 1s not sure how close they are to the neos wiring wise but both made by yamaha so at a guess it wont be far dno about the speedo thing sounds abit dogy really as the speedo cable will have loads of slack and could get caught in the wheel or sumin your better off leaving as is if you dont wna spend the money or buying a set of koso clocks for round 80 quid and when it comes to selling the bike put standard bars clocks switches and fairing back on then selling bars stem switches and kosos or watever on seperate
