really need help with my starting problem (aerox)

    hate to be a pain.. but i cant work out what it is..

    its got a b9hs plug now rather than the br8hs standard.. (yes b9hs so no resistor)

    but it revs better and its running hot or lean

    anyways

    it jus wont start from cold.. choke is working fine with no play.. and carb is set up near on perfect now

    any ideas?
