Hey, well as i fell off my ped not so long ago and cracked/grazed most of my panels i decided to re-do them up so they're looking how they was :) Just in the progress of sanding them down.. iv been sanding since 9 this morning till about 7 and I'm very very tired xD should be getting them sprayed tomorrow well.. the primer and if i have enough time perhaps a couple layers of the spray.

This took couple hours doing still need a tiny bit doing to it

Thanks :) oh thanks, i did not even notice that! :O. Well i went on the guide first on scootershack to show me the basics just to make sure, i was going to send my panels off to get re-done but they said they would charge me £80 to plastic weld the panels, sand and spray.. the panels need a lot doing but just thought why when i wouldn't mind a summer project.. It hard job :/ taking a while now.. but i am going to nail down on it tomorrow, get the primer on. Hopefully some of the paint :D. It had a lot of dents in the work but i put body filler in and that has cleaned it up, nice n smooth. 100% use an electric sander, i bought one for £20.. not bad makes it a lot easier. I started off with p80 then p120 and then p220 now and then 430 or something like that. Just start off low grade.. :) thanks for having a look mate.

looks good.. could do wiht a 2000 wet sand befor you use a cutting compound (like a g3, its a grade 3000 polish basicly and even qa cheapo halfords one works) wax is to keep it shiny once its shiny.. fuck all use really./ i use murr if i can be botherd. this was no clear atall on metalic.... shows what wet sanding can do...
