basically this 17 year old kid nearly 18 who was previously known to police violently rapes an 18 year old girl and gets caught goes court gets 5 and a half year scentence (to me this seems low already considerin he even said he was pled guilty) then the scentence gets appealed and the boy now is getting 2 and a half years.....i dont care how old he is but 2 and a half years is rediculous no? but this got me wondering does this shit happen all the time is the country really giving out such low scentences for violent crimes?
id cut their fucking hands off sick fucks you dont see or hear of this happening in far eastern countries, this country is weak!
well sentences are a bit wierd i know someone with 10 years ipp (which means that they have to do the full sentence and even after theres no guarantee they are gonne be released its like a review date lol) this was only for theft of a motor vehicle and 4 previous non violent or drug related crimes. on the other hand my mate got 3 yrs for possesion of a firearm and possesion with intent to supply class b and he got 3 years and he has the oppurtuinity to only do a yr n a half with good behaviour. i suppose coz its my boy its a good thing but this rape case is a whole another story tbh if i was her brother it wouldnt matter when he came out tbh, coz he wouldnt b around for long

never been jail have ya? lol 2 years aint a short sentance, it just seems short next to the stupid 25 years americans nock out, more fool the tax payer... most of the time sex crime inmates are kept in a seperate wing with the pedo's for there own protection, wich is wrong, as we send rapists to jail TO get raped... ether way, 2 years in jail is a fucking long time... plus his name is now tarnished.. will never be accepted for a decent job, mortgage, anything... his life is over.. fact is, id rather they just shot him and saved the 80+ grand its gonna cost keeping him locked up. the world is a shit place, i see peoplke on here getting away with serious driving shit and not even getting a big fine/blah blah... one instance somebody on here had no insurance, failed to stop, had 9 points and STIL only got another 2 points and a 130 quid fine... i got 6 points and a 200 quid fine for insurance on the side of the road.. so, the taxpayer paying to take people to court = a lower sentance... makes fuck all sence. basicly if you have nothing better to do than go court you will prittymuch get away with anything. prisons are full up simply because people are in for such bullshit things.. legalize drug's.. there will be no more dealers... if there are they will have to work fucking hard to produce what a legal government could.. plus the most you would be sentanced for is tax evasion/unlicenced trading.. 60% of inmates are in on drug charges... fact is, it aint you, shouldent affect you, so dont worry about it. only takes a day for a rapist to be raped in jail... one lad only got 6 months for a sex crime, topped himself after 3 as the other inmates wouldent leave him alone. rapists are usually real fake guys... he WILL be neeked on
