I let my speedfight 3 run out of fuel on the way to work, I could tell it was running out cos it lost power so i quickly turned the engine off and pushed it to work, filled it when I got to work, it kicked first time but as I gave it the slightest bit of throttle it cut out, and then wouldn't start atall after that, can anyone help? any ideas/tips
prob because u have brought a load of gunk from the bottom of the tank into the carb n its prob blocked it you could try cleaning that n see what happens
Cheers for the reply but it was my vacuum pump, bcos it ran our of fuel and dragged air through the engine it messed up the vacuum so when I filled it back up it wasn't sucking the fuel through. Just had to remove the pump and recreate the vacuum. Very useful thing to no when you run out of fuel!
