you could do as long as it could still dissipate heat from the radiator.

Yeah but its painted anyway from factory.. so scotch it and spray over it and no ones surely gunna even think of powder coating PMSL just spray the sides not the actul rad its self.

they dont, but heat still needs to disipate from them, which powdercoating prevents...

you wouldnt powdercoat an exhaust would you;)

vht should be ok mate yeh

just some people want to go too perfect and so they get it powdercoated, which is as you probably know a plastic coating, which doesnt like heat lol

Christophe: Yes you can, but do it very lightly, as said heat needs to dissipate.

Sw1fT: Powdercoating isnt a paint, Its pretty much what its named - A coat of powder (usually applied to blasted and electrostatically charged metals then baked to allow the powder to melt and form a coat of plastic) and i've seen exhausts that have been powdercoated, Tends to blister on the downpipe but the rest is usually ok. I'd also never consider getting a radiator powdercoated as it needs to get blasted first (= useless radiator) and the coats would be too thick for the radiator itself anyway

Nrg-Jay: Would only rub down the sides, not the fins etc...
