Quick speedfight question..

    The center nut on the variator, left or right hand thread? :emb:

    any body got the best way of undoing it?

    Get a variator locking tool and turn it to the left :confused:arc:

    Then you will have to lock the variator with a spanner or something

    Or buy a battery operated impact driver..

    its conventional thread, turn it anti-clockwise

    got it all off, put it back together, went to try it and it wont pull away :emb:

    it's not the variator, must be the clutch?

    could the new springs be too tight? :wtf:

    False alarm,

    the new springs were just too tight for it. :(
