so i went to the local bike shop to ask em about my new quad lights and fitting them to my runner 125vx
they said its a tricky job to fit em, and they wont be bright and that they won't pass an MOT. i swear thats the first time ive heard this?

    Quad lights are brighter imo.
    mine are anyway.

    They won't pass mot.

    Do what i did.
I wired the quad lights into a big black splitter box.
Then ran them off using the red clipclamp things lol.
So i can unwire them. And then plug my standard ones back in.

In fact i can plug my standard ones in still :)

    *i'll get a pic*

Beam needs to be aimed to the left etc, and all sorts of daft angles.

there easy enough to do on a runner you have a brown wire and a purple wire cna remeber which is high or low beam jsut try and error, but all i did was connect 1 wire from each bulb to the black which is earth then the two big buld to the high beam once i worked out what one it is from my original headlights, then connect the other two lives from the smaller bulbs to the low beam that way you have high beam, low beam and flash which is all lights on, hope this helps.....
