...you don't expect to see this do ya :(

    (Count how many cracks)

I was at Uni at the time, had to ride home without using front brake, just engine braking and using my non-existant rear brake

It must of happened on my way as they were fine the last time I used the bike and it's not like I've been doing any harsh braking lately o_O

Ordered new disks, £150, pads £33. Needed a revamp, they were 18 years old o_O

i'm sorry but i laughed when i see the pic.

i had a minor hairline crack on the disc of my old sr, was still ridding and using the front brake for about 30 miles till a new one come through.

tbh i didn't feel anything at all, but i ain't silly and know the possible consequences

the possible consequences are death, if the disc shatters half way out of a junction you're screwed, front-end locks, fucks the disc mounts on the wheel, fucks the caliper and possibly mounts then dumps you on the road in front of a bus.

Keep an eye on your discs people!!

Yeah wobbly, spoke 2 my local mechanic and he said it's common on the older bikes just wear and tear. Fooking shocking though.

Mick, I looked at it then was like fucccck..I'd be laughing too after knowing they got home alright

But yeah, new ones are in, gonna put them on and then give it a real good clean, I'll get before and after pics ;)
