was doing 52 clock speed with 8.5's in, now ive put 5.5's in, it accelerates nicely to about 20 then just barely accelerates, gets to about 40 eventually,, i know im not gonna get 50 with the lighter rollers but i think its my standard exhaust, am i correct? if so, would a gianelli sports pipe work better with the lighter rollers? or a leo vince? or technigas? o_O got all 3, so which one do you think would work better? and how much should i upjet by? cheers,

    peugeot vivacity btw,

go for half and half.... sounds liek its revving but not pushing the rollers out (too light) rather than how it was befor, not revving (too heavy) you now have a comparesen to work from, keep adding weight till the revs drop off.

yeah it seems to be revving really high, will try the gianelli or leo vince with the 5.5's then if its the same, il change them again,

gianelli pipe all the way... stock pipe makes fuck all power at higher revs. thats how they save you fuel (by making power at low revs) try that or the leo tbh... but ye, settle on a pipe then just play wiht the rollers till there correct. can drill out stock rollers to make them lighter

never considered drilling rollers, but i suppose it'd be a good idea considering they dont have to be smooth on the inside,

oh yeah what jet should i put in? idk whats in atm, but im assuming its standard, by how much should i up it by for the gianelli?

a pipe and derestriuction should usually need 5 or 6 bigger than stock.. but read the guide, try them and see for yourself.. start a little bigger than you need, set the rollers/clutch springs up perfectly then trim the jet (again, all in the guide section)

doesent matter about the carb.. lots of engines just run bigger jets. its down to the vacumm through the carb not its size.. hence the piaggio's all use smaller jets, there just better engines and produce higher vacumm/afr (air flow rate) through the carb...

again.. try somwhere in the middle.. so around 6.7g
