its mostlikely because your full throttleing from standstill. and your main jet is too large, so too much petrol is going in at a low rpm and bogging in out.

put a smaller jet in and see how it goes

Drop the needle and make sure the dodgy choke cable you have isn't still partially on after you've started it.

Plug chop first, then go from there.

reight,m wind the idle mix out a half turn at a time an try it.. bang the needle down one notch and try it,.. try lighter rollers...

most of all id puyt this down to clutch springs.. does it rev fine full throttle once your doing 10mph plus?

Silly thing to say, but i had the same problem when i was a newbie to tuning, I had put a clear float bowl on my 25mm from PM, and i came with a new type fixing bolt.

Once fitted it did the same as you, it'd run fine intill i opened it up then it'd die, until i rolled off the throttle then it'd be fine.

I'm sure you can see where this is going, yes you guessed it, i put the float bowl back on with no main jet in the bolt, :wtf: :emb: (i never knew that was where the jet had to go lol)

Anyway, moral of the story, is there a jet in there at all?? I'm sure you're not as silly as me but hey!
