Right i got this for the aerox he stuck £300 on top aswel result was in bits now put back together anyways less chat picture time brought this off a friend for £50 brand new Then i fitted it all happy with it runs alright need to tweak with the carb a bit put the hole bike back together ish and now it looks like this Thats it at the moment next thing is put speedo on and that bleed the front brake up get a nut for the front spindle and get her mot'd n tax then the tuning comes in on the 25th (payday) i'm going to be ordering pm tuning x tech 70 kit I Have Brought already yasuni c16 pipe stage 6 ready pressed secondary 16% gear up 24mm pwk carb Stage 6 crank or Pm tuning Crank Stage 6 double layer filter Stage 6 Front pulley Stage 6 Belt Stage 6 Clutch Stage 6 Clutch Housing i'm also going to be doing my first bottom end rebuild so may need some help i know how to do it roughly watched people do it ect just may need little bit of help tell me what you think
get a set of new zip panels if they fit mate , those ones make it look like a granny scoot also you might want to think about replacing the x-tech as there pants
there the mk1 pannels lol im going to get them sprayed up soon just doing all my tuning first and i will see how i get on with the pm kit then if it doesnt last or what ever i will go for a mhr rep

id have one over a new shape zip any day... try find the sp pannel that fits that moddle.. one of the best front pannels on ANY ped by far!! hope to see this through to the end. or you can just sell it to me
i may sell it after wards but not sure yet just waiting game now got the caliper on today all bleeded up took it for a quick blast and its really quick ive owned 2 mk2 zips by far the mk1 looks the sexiest
i used to have one of these mine was mint cost me £50 and a bit of tidying up it passed mot 1st time. it looked good i wish i didnt sell it now it was the moast fun standard scoot ive ever ridden. i sold it to a good mate of mine and he sold it for £500 2 days after i sold it to him lol im on the look for a sp one atm or any tbh lol
little update orderd front spindal speedo cable and brake leavers and im bidding on a sp pannel on ebay at the moment in red still deciding what colour to do the bike though
this is the same as mine but mines black and its all stripped down and ive just got the frame and engine sitting in my workshop im goin for a mid race tuning set up to but im using a mallossi sport 70 kit, 21 mm carb and maybe a tt pipe not sure yet il start posting pics soon in another thread so will the mk1 zip sp front panel fit strait on this mk1 zip then?? as i didnt think it i mite keep mine looking "grannyfied" as a slepper forbes
