Ok before i start i would like to say, i know what i did was wrong, i was in a stupid mood at the time so before you start saying "Its your fault, its you who give us a bad name" keep it to your self because i have already realised this. Basically i was giving my friend a lift home because the busses wernt running and i couldnt leave him there ( i got him a helmet ) and i was approaching this green light and then it turned amber and i sped up to get through it (it was 4 in the morning nobody was around) and i got through it just milliseconds after it turned red, then i see 2 flashes from a nearby camera. So basically i went through a red light, possibly speeding with a pillion. How fucked am i?
basicly your fucked ... 3 points for driving in accordance to your licence aka carrying passenger and 3 points for running the redlight .... if u have are still on your cbt that is a ban .. but my mum went through a speed camera and it deffo flashed but she did not get a fine or anything so you betta get praying
He maybe fucked it depends how it shows up on camera flash, if u can only see 1 person u may get away with it. and Roxyy boy 6 points and you dont get banned, your aloud 6 points and then 1 thing after then your banned as i know someone in this situation and found out from dvla its 6 points wen you first get full car/bike licence for first 2 years
Some of them are just for show iv been flashe loads an not been fined if not tell your mate to say he took it without you knowing an had a mate on the back

3 Points £60 i think. Its done by computer and they dont add offences on top of each other. Unlike speed cameras red light ones are controlled by the council i believe and there is no dummy ones. Not being funny but if you enjoy having a driving license you need to think about the consequences of shit a bit more mate. If it was a actual policeman at that junction you could easily be looking at a ban for one of the dumbest reasons tbh..
Lets just hope its 3 points because im selling my bike even if it is just 3 points because obivously im not carefull/mature enough to own it
i cant see you getting done for the pillion part, i cant imagine anyone will care, you will just get points for the red light jump. but i have seen these go off many times and not seen a fine for those who jumped them (im not one of them for reference)
Are you sure it was a speed camera that flashed because i know some of them camera looking things on traffic lights reflect your headlights as you go through them but they actually dont do anything lol
well all i remember is this, lights went amber, i pulled throttle back, remember seeing the red light out the corner of my eye and a flash out of the other corner, look behind and there's another flash. it was a new style camera so apparently the photo gets sent digitally.
