    right heres my set up
    malossi 70 kit
    endy race pipe
    100cc manifold
    17.5mm dellorto carb
    7.5 gram rollers
    86 jet - 72 standard

well first off my bike doesnt idle it cuts out
its really smokey when at a stand still
takes a while to pull off
after full throttling it if you take off the revs then rev again it just bogs till it slows to 30mph then goes bk up again
and tops out at 47 mph :rtfm: :rtfm: :rtfm: :rtfm:

and secondly since ive been back on the road when my bike gets over 45 mph theres a rumbling sound coming from my transmition :rtfm: :rtfm:
    any clues ???

is it a standard crank ? if so how many miles has the bike done ?

    could be main bearings

and sounds like your jetting is too rich.. check your plug

(and please mate.. get my mudguard to me :rtfm: )

    ben.

hmm.. does it rev high (i.e light rollers) ?

EDIT: try playing around with the mixture screw.. could be too much or not enough air coming through

    ben.

i was told 7.5 was a lil to light for my set up tho if that counts for anything

imo.. too much air or too little air.. just play with the mixture screw

    7.5 are too heavy

    the pipe is too shit

the jetting will probably need a few tweaks.

iuf the rollers are too heavy you wont have the centrifugal force to fling them to the outer edge of the ramps = cant hit the upper gearing ratios= shit top end

try different jets and play with the mixture screw i no its probably old advise but thats exactly what my nitro is doing, going to change the mixture tommorow, was working fine before its just i wanted to get the right spark plug colour

sounds like the mix is wrong
