i havent read the old post, but i assume the bike revved past 7k before. possibly best to keep all your posts in one post as i have no idea what has been checked and what has changed etc. i can help with roller weights if you give me an idea of what the bike was like before, what happened and the bikes performance now

Well basically it had 7.2g rollers init and it used to do 70, replaced with the same g so it can't be the rollers, the bike used to rev over 7k about 3 month ago. Used to do 9k flat out, so rollers have been changed , head replaced (with the same one that come off it) standard carb , standard clutch , Mollisi veriator hebo exhaust Mollisi clutch spring 72 main jet, that's bout it really , so basically it used to 9k about 3 months ago then it went to 7k and slowed down, so replaced head , rollers, cleaned jet new belt (same as the one that come off it), hope you can help cheers

    Right so before we had:
    7.2gr rollers
    70 kit
    revs of 9k
the clutch etc all the same

and then you had issues with power loss so you did a new top end? was this just the head or did you do the piston and gaskets. Have you also fittted a new plug (plugs can fail and sturggle to spark under load)

have you run in the new head and worn in the new belt? im told belts take a while to bed in and can cause power loss for a bit

You could have a coked up exhaust, it may need cleaning out. You ned to try one thing at a time. however if you have the same top end and same aftermarket parts fitted as before you shouldnt need to adjust the jetting or roller weights if it performed correctly before.

Ye it is a full 70 kit ,with piston, barrels, and all the gaskets. I'll have a look tomoz at the things you suggested, thankyou, also would worn crank bearing or seals cause the bike to loss power / not rev over 7k?

pretty sure worn leaking crank seals will drop crankcase preassure thus loosing compression.

Can you get a compression test done by a local garage or hire a compression tester?

how can you do a compression test and get 70 to 100 lol 70 would be bloody low as far as im aware and wouldnt run and 100 sounds fairly good but not as good as id expect from a new kit

70 was on the electric start but the battery died lol, so I reset the gauge and kicked it a couple of times and it stopped at 100.

i would have thought 100 was enough for a 70 to be fair.

have you tried a new plug?
