Ive got a standard 50cc ludix, with a pm360 pipe and 6.5g rollers. I was wondering how i could make the throttle response so tight? At the minute it revs then sets off but i want the power to go to the back wheel soon as i twist the throttle. What would i have to do to get this response?

play around with your roller weights and your clutch springs

i have mine set up perfect with 4.5g rollers on my aerox with a stage6 variator extremely good throttle responce i can have my trottle about 3MM from being fully on and that extra 3mm in turning distance still have alot of power to give

clutch is completely standard, do they sell softer springs? Im after that instant throttle response but full power straight away if possible

i would go for lighter roller weights and a stiffer contra spring. its not going to fly off the line if its just a 50cc. why dont you get a 70 kit for it?

but with even lighter rollers it wont have good power nearer top end of powerband, and ill try a contra spring thanks, and 70cc kit is on my mind, just need a few more quid haha

lower rpm clutch springs and go down to about 5.5 gramme in the rollers , you do not really need to touch the contra spring as its only a 50cc id only play with the contra spring if fitting a decent 70 kit to be honest

tbh for a 50 i would go for accelerations ravar than top end

i got 56 out of my 50 aerox and was still pulling for more but as it's a 50 engine why would you want to rag that tiny little piston for a high top end

i have mine setup perfet how smooth it go through from 0 - 40+ no bogging out or anything just

but i would say go down to around 4.5g rollers for the pm360 pipe and play around with weight rollers at that range mix and match 4.0/4.5 and 4.5/5.0g see what that does but honistly with stock parts you aint gunna get more than about 45mph maybe a lil more

Its got a good top end, it can reach 55mph+ its just my mates speedy is completely standard and his has instant power to the wheel when you twist the throttle, where mine has to build up revs before it flys off, and 35 - 45mph is a bit slow but before and after that it picks up fast.
