postal order ?

i need to send money to someone for a bike frame
so someone suggested a pstal order so how do i make 1 ?

oh i had to do one before, basically u go post office and you ask for a postl order of a certain amount. and they give u a peice of paper, and you send that peice of paper in the post to the person u want to give the money to and they cash it in, simple

 

so i buy a postal order then send it in an envolope ?
