this might sound crazy but.... what are the chances of being stoped if carrying a pillion on a 125cc (learner)?

my mates always give each other lift around my area... clapham, south london but never seem to get caught ?!?

 

Yeah that really is a stupid question...It's only a matter of time before you will get caught and deffo living in them area's i'd say anytime soon.

Why do a dumb thing and be a sitting duck waiting to be caught cos it will only be a matter of time.

 

You always get stopped on peds 2s up because they think all us scooter riders are learners :bird:

yeah don't be daft, i dint think i'd get caught but i got 3 points £60 fine and the scum impounded my bike which was another £120 so not worth it unless your mate thats getting a lift is willing to pay £180 for a lift, i think heed rather catch a taxi for 5 to be quid honest

 

what about on a rs 125 looks like a super bike do u think they would pull me if i keep to all the speed limits

You do realise you are asking the easiest way to TRY and succed in breakign the law

as obvious you are breaking the law theres no easy way to avoid it.

a close friend of mine done it a couple of times with his bird on the back. Once because she had no money for a taxi home, was about 15 min ride, had to ride past a police station LOL. Made it safely, buttttt this was at like half1-2 in the morning. She was wearing a helmet obviously.

 

nt a gd idea, i got my 3 pts and £60 fine for having my mate on back , he didnt have helmet.. and we rode past some pigs in a silver corsa.

he got a fine aswell, can't remember if it was £30 or £60.

better not to, you'll only be worrying every time you do it.
