Polished Ali Variator Air Intake Casing & Bar Ends

    Just thought id share with you my polished aluminium variator air intake casing & bar ends. My Dad took a Aluminium casting of the plastic variator air intake casing. Then drilled the holes, milled out the 'O' ring groove on the back and then polished the front as you can see. Also he made me some polished aluminium bar ends.
