wow 25 quid if you take the postage off, but you must have to use oem cylinder head as I can't see one in the add, gonna have rough ports as the cheap Chinese ones always do, but do a bit of work on it and could be ok for the price.

yea its says i have to use my standard onit and 70 heads wont fit. im expecting it to have rough as fuck ports, but dads just bought a dremel and has an endless supply of cutting tools for it.

dont know if it actually is chinese, its from poland so maybe its some little shady place bangin em out cheap

you know that transfers need some roughness to them right? if they are shiney amooth, the mixture seperates, the rough surface agitates the mixture as it flows over the top of the surface. but the casting will probably be shite so you might want to open them up a little and take the big blobs of cast off. i was thinking of using one of them for my daelim, let me know if they are any good

i mean make sure the transfers are matching the crankcase, make sure that the transfer ports in the cylinder are matching each other in height and width etc.

As with everything, you get what you pay for. will still increase power though so worth it for that price! make sure you chamfer the ports, as i have tried cheap 70 kits in the past and they eat through rings!

Not alot, just so it smooths off the edges slightly to stop rings getting into contact with the ports. As it's cheap the castings will probably be a bit rough so just double check :)
You will need a dremel and some decent attachments

I'd suggest getting someone who has done porting in the past to do it as it's rather tricky, but you gotta practice somewhere :)

if i was going to pay that much id just get a stage6 streetrace. the only reason im looking at this thing is because its cheap and i wont be as worried about porting it and breaking it

Why dont you get a 50cc standard cylinder on ebay amd work on it? nothing better to see how you are getting on as you have the standard engine and the ported one~?

If it was for practive, that s what I would do.

It still doesnt change the fact that those mentionned above are uber rubbish! ;)

i want more power aswell, what ill probably do is put it straight on, then do porting work snd compare the differance.

    what makes them so crap?

I'd go for it tbh, its good practise and for the money it should be a pretty good value performance increase
