just got a polini eco kit and i was putting it all on and im not sure wat its but that tube which goes through the centre of the variator is too short the belt overhangs and the flywheel wont tighten because it goes too far back on the splines i tried the original tube and it works but not sure if it will be safe doing that so does ne know if it will be ok?
there will be tubes in there for the evo crank (larger diameter inner) and the backplates will be different. use the toothed one with whatever shaft is equal to the movement on the backplate.. space behind the variator to suite
you say tubes but it only came with one tube, thanks for ur help but i fink im just gonna send it back to scooter center nd c if they will exchange for a dr70cc as i got a polini head plus just got hold of a 20.5mm carb, oh yeah is the needle different in a 20.5 to a 17.5 carb cos it didnt cum with the needle nd just wondered if i need to get or not thanks
