police fines

is there a way not paying ,my fine i have got a court hearing for speeding this wed and have jus got another fine for having carbon fibre rear light lense

yea they were so if i put orange bilbs in thats ok ...but he made it clear they were not ok

He's trying it. The rule is just that your bulb and lense have to make amber. It doesn't even go as far as saying what shade or anything.
I've used dark lenses for like 2 years no problem

By saying a fine, I take it that you mean a fixed penalty notice. if you disagree with the notice you have the right to have the case heard at court. The only thing is that if you are in the wrong or lose the case, it's gonna cost a lot more.
