oldish news now but i aint seen a discussion about it on here so i thought i would start one...dont know if any of you lot read scootering mag but its covered in there..its the twin cylinder auto engine in the carbon fibre panelled lambretta.. it has 2 malossi 172 kits and a double pm59 pipe..billet heads and i cant remember what pipe..no porting yet and without picking up my magazine (because its across the room and im lazy) i think its kickin out 41-42bhp..with the very little tuning that it has..thats very impressive..the germans are useing a lightweight frame and have dwelled in to more tuning there kicking at 51bhp which is fucking crazy.. they reckon the pm tunings x2 will be capable of 120mph..sounds like fun.. looks like these kits will be the future for scooters..imagine have a 40odd bhp scooter on the road lol
scooter center have a x2 172 bike their is a video of it on dyno on their site is about 50bhp i think might be lieing lol
yeah pm are planing to put those double engines into production in a couple off years when they develope it to be reliable Scootering mag had a article about it last month i think. Imagine those casses with 2 fabritzzi 210 kits. imp:
