hi guys well i am going to get a pm tuning pipe BUT.... the person selling it has told me its been modded by psn he says the mod is the end can has been twirled (intrenally) do psn do this? if they do then how can i tell its been twisted? how much does the twisting cost (if it actually exists) how much extra power does it add and what is the reliablility? sorry to ask so much questions but as ive gone wrong in the past i dont want to make a mistake on this... cheers also the pipe has minor welding on the down pipe(approx 3cm)... any performance loss there?
Yeah they have done them on some end cans (most on delerium tuned race scoots) one was done on my old typhoon and when changed back to a standard pm can it was down on power. My old can even gave me 0.5bhp gain with the can modded alone! So your answer is yes!
Are you talking bout the perferated tube been twirled? if so..anybody wana let me in on how to do it LOL
well from what i kno its been internally done to improve performance... psn do it for around £70 (but dont take my word for it)
I dont want to pay psn to twirl my tube for £70 LOL especially only to add 0.5bhp..
:msn1: i didnt think about that :msn1: ................ not im sure i will put 0.5bhp to good use and we dont know 100% that it ONLY 0.5bhp thats just a estimate comeback now bitch :w00t:
Like i said these are only realy done on delerium sort of speck race scooters and when your motor is already pushing out let's just say 35bhp any thing after that to get any sort of gains even if it's 0.5bhp you would want or pay top money for!!! And like i said these are realy for high bhp sprinters realy that realy need to get every little bit extra HP they can get but for use on an every day road scoot not realy worth the £70 then maybe but if you had a high power motor then deffo yes!
mehhhh well i dont really like to judge my own stuff probably let you lot decide wen i put some pics up soon.... but anyway back to topic you are right in one way...not really going to race it(competatively imp: )maybe just for fun cheers for that james
