pm 55mm

    can tell if its pm 55mm cranks just by looking at it when crank is in cases ??

    Not unless you've got the eyes of a hawk or similar tbh it's hard enough to tell with no cases involved. Of you're planning to buy a 183 or something like that check for the spacer instead

    get a micro meter measure the length of the conrod ?

    there was like alot of gaskets instead of spacer so i took them out and it hits a head now so im guessing it is a 55 one as seller stated ,

    does any one know what size spacer do i need for that crank ? im running malossi kit on that if it helps

    Thought you said 172's 183's use to much fuel ;)

    Use the search? Been covered a lot of times. If it's been bodged so much it doesn't have the right spacer I expect port correction hasn't been done.

    cylinder and case ports match as far as i can see, and there is some flow done aswell
