please read and give me some advice!

a couple of months ago I accidently stripped the threads on my crank, and I got that replaced by my mates dad, got it back and the bike did not tick over, you had to constantly rev the tits off it and if you stopped the engine would die, the dynamo was not charging the battery anymore and the bearings had gone, the piston blew on my way home from having it back the 2nd day! so I sent it back to him and I got a new piston and new bearings, it stil wouldnt tick over, and the bikes acceleration was terrible and we saw why my clutch was nackerd! so I changed that with a malossi one and put a standard variator back in because I didnt have the right rollers for my hebo one, one day I was riding home and the bike made a rattle and stopped and wouldnt start unless you put fuel directly into the carb, my air filter was soad in petrol, and my piston had blown again, also there is a vacuum pipe located going into the petrol tank and it is like the valve is stook, you can suck air out if it but not blow air into it, I can not think of why my bike keep blowing pistons and will not tick over, and do I need a new vacuum pipe?

i aint no expert but sounds asif he didnt free off the crank so is trying its hardest to keep it spinning and it cant so cuts out ?

although could just need carb setting up properly ?

but is it set up correctly ?

 

that sounds about right but my carb was set up, its a shitty gurtner carb though and well it could be a number of thing, either my bike has some serious issues with the pistons or he keeps snapping the rings putting it in, theres noting the matter with my barrel and i havnt a clue, it was perfect when i gave it to him, the bastard!
