But the throttle works givin it little revs an more revs sounds fine but no thinks catch so full throttle the bike doesn't move any ideas at all? And handle bar conversion I've got bars and a stem what does everyone do about the head light as they are mounted in to the plastics around the bars

Fit aftermarket lights, check your belt

Do you recommend anywhere for a light ? And also can the belt be the problem even if it's not snapped ? Like just a little too much worn down could need replacing as I have spare belts and it's got carbon reeds loads of performance parts but a standard belt but I have replacement belts better ones but I cannot remove the clutch as it moves an you need a special tool any ways I can remove it ?

Loads of pairs of lights on fleabay. But you will have to fabricate a bracket to hold it on securely
To change the belt you will need a holding tool and torque wrench, also fleabay.
If the belts slipping, or the variators jammed out due to a stuck roller, the engine will rev it's tits off and not move because it isn't drawing down on the clutch pulley.
When you fit the bar stem for the conversion, make sure the stem adapter is a tight fit on the fork stem BEFORE you try and tighten it up. There are a lot of stem adapters out there that are the wrong size and become loose very quickly with use, not a good situation to be in whilst riding.

you said it started acting up after riding in heavy rain, what sort of air filter are you using and have you checked to see if its all wet with water?
