had a speedfight in at work and it wouldnt turn over, so stripped the top end, and low and behold, it had been run without oil i guess, the piston has failed, at first i thought it was the small end, but the actual piston has smashed as if someone has hit it with a hammer from the top. will get pics tomorrow. its really quite something, its taken some of the barrel out too. will have to split the cases to get all the bits out.
sounds like bottom end bearings have come out of there cage come up barrell and piston a bounce against head and top off piston my brothers did this on malossi 172cc kit lmao you can guess he wasnt happy
Its not bottom end, although the case will be split there is plenty of bits of piston in there for it to be neccesary
