Piston + Bore

I recently messed my cylinder up (stage6 streetrace 70cc) and it's not able to be honed anymore but can be re-bored but I've noticed stage6 don't do an oversize piston, but polini do so I'm wondering if A polini piston would work on a stage6 cylinder?

 

Or would you be able to use 47.4mm rings on a 47mm piston?

 

by the time you've paid for the re-bore and piston, may as well just buy new.

 

I get a free re-bore so it would cost me less than half the price to get it running again
