PIPE CUTTING OUT !!!!!!!

    Just put my pipe back on, i start it up it cuts out within 1 second of me starting it up. Where its attached to my cyclinder could the spacer be upside down because one of the bolts is lop sided there, help urgent !!! thanks

    have you changed the pipe or is it the same pipe

    same pipe when i put it back on i just put it in the cylinder hole and done up the bolts

    make sure there is no blockages in the pipe have you got an air compressor?

    Do you mean the gasket? Usually they can go either way.

    Just make sure its on tightly and not leaking or anything. You should be able to start it without the pipe on tho really

    And might be worth putting a good condition bolt now before it snaps/strips etc

    Did you make sure there was no rust remover left in the pipe an the packing?

    make sure there is no shite in the pipe with air or somthing and try that....take the end can off and pour a pint of petrol down the pipe and seal both ends and shake it around...the fact that it starts then cuts out makes me think that the excess gases cannot escape and is choking the engine
