Pipe behind airbox, where does it go?

Drawn a picture on MS Paint to explain better, I can see it attaches one end, like has a lip on it, one end is squareish, other is circle, does it go somewhere on carb or what? I'm confused!!! :hello:

correct me if im wrong but this pipe doesnt connect to anything its the pipe that intakes air into the box itself

 

Yep adz, it just sits above the cylinder not connected to anything. this is why the normal air box's restrict air much more than an open filter.

 

cheers guys been wondering what that does haha and ive been wondering how the air getins into the airbox lmfao
