    drum just means you got a rare wheel.. can always bung a hub/caliper on there and voila its a dosk engine. typh boys love those wheels as it's 13" straight swap on the new engine.

    Gilera Runner engine doesnt have caliper mounting bracket unfortunatley so thats a no go!



    ?300 not bad after a clean Im sure it will look alright, aslong as it runs ok its worth ?300!

    Never seen a Drum Gilera Runner engine with caliper mounting lugs before..



    StEvO does it have caliper mounting lugs ..

    I'm sure you can easily fabricate a bracket and weld it on, or use the pm bracket...



    But whats wrong with a drum, i think they look better when the casings polished and ya have got rid of the bigass airbox.

    Yea s'pose, ya can actually get Drums to good streangth tho, convert em to hydraulic and get decent shoes... for example

    my sris on rear drum (obviously as its stock) it has plenty of bite and will lock the wheel easily, what more do you need?

    the one on my 50 was ok but not brilliant



    i dont mind drum brake. they work perfect for everyday use but when you slam them on they seem to give up easily.



    my little ice i just sold locked up easy as well so i dunno really.



    there much less maintenece then discs and on runners that has got to be a plus for sure :pimp:
