strip the plastic work off, block up any holes/the flywheel/variator shaft to protect the seals then scrub the fucker

    Just a thought,

How much of a difference will a yasuni pipe make for the extra money needed to be spent compared to say a cheaper pipe for example a gianelli.

work on a decent bottom end first off (get a GOOD crank in there, max the case, new bearings) then work out how much you have left to buy a barrel and pipe.

u dnt need oat to evo standard coz ur not gonna get a kit that powerful so the issues of not havin a perfectly balanced crank wont affect u so the malossi bgm dnt realy matter aslong asits brand new or very low milage m8

alot of you will be surpised when i say......
polishing a crankcase makes it more likey to snap/crack.

no, an untouched case is more likely to crack, casting defects and the like will be natural weak spots (like the main seam) a rough finnished case wont crack atall. (well, 99% aslong as theres no casting defects other than excess material wich has been removed) polished cases are more likely to crack due to the process of polishing/removing material. if done correctly its not any more likely to crack.. ether way a stock case will crack befor a preped/sanded and blasted case will. they all snap in the same places. its usually down to poor mantenance (brake lug's snap from poor clutch removal technique, exhaust mount lugs break from incorrectly repaird damaged threads/bent exhausts/incorrect exhaust mounts, engines snap on the tranny cover due to too tight bolts or not enough fo them, hitting speedhumps fast or over worn engine bushes)

i have a engine it needs new crank seals/bearings so i may aswell change the crank while im there, but im worried about putting a few quids in it and it snaps on me.

i can push the crank shaft and it moves about 5/10mm
and makes a knocking noise and i can see the fly move with it(could this be more than bust bearings. is there a chance of caseing damage
