Hi, when i start my ped after it has sat for any amount of time it does not rev up. even with the throttle wide open i just splutters and judders(dono if that's the right word). after a short while it shoots off. any ideas what could b the problem. its a piaggio zip with a 70cc italkin bore, 74 main jet , leo vince zx exhaust,polini 6.8g rollers and yellow doppler clutch springs.
Thats fine, it's just clearing unburt mixture for the first little while, your rollers are too heavy though
yh i will b getting new rollers very soon but is the sputtering normal it makes noise but the wheel dont move
throw a quick vid up and you will have a deffo answer. But like i said , it's normal for it to do it for the first 5-10 secs (sort of) it will still move but not very fast, and your transmition set up isn't helping either.
if there is a gap between the bore and exhaust could air b getting sucked up into the bore makin it lean?
