Hi there, a few weeks back my piaggio zip 2004 started making a grinding noise and was not moving well i took the cover off where the starter motor is and the starter motor had fallen out so i put it back in and once again it fell out and rattles around inside and scratches everything well i dont know why it keeps falling out? :banghead: i am putting it in the right way and it does start when i electric start it, it just falls out could anyone help? :good:
It has two bolts that hold it in ? I'm guissing they've resinated loose. If I was you'd i'd remove the rear pannel from the zip un plug the starter and take it off the bike till you can inspect the bike properly. then atleast you'd be able to use the bike. Hope this helps abit ?
